Frozen Hell

Solomon stared down at the boy tied to the tree. Smirking he hopped down, and slowly walked to his side.

"You wish for me to un tie you huh?" Solomon asked, seeing Toms eager expression, "Unfortunately I can't do that." He said shaking his head, "I was sent to retrieve the girl, not to play baby sitter." He explained as he began to walk away.

"What!?" Tom shrieked, "You can't be seriouse! You're going to leave me here for them to do what they please!?" He cried as tears formed in his eyes.

"Exactly... What, you didn't think that I was just going to un tie you and risk the chance of becoming head of house for some mangey mutt like yourself did you?" He asked with an evil grin, "Well, you should have wished for something else kid." He laughed as he walked away into the forest.

"Solomon you can't just leave me here!" He cried, "Father wouldn't allow it!" He called as the tears rolled down his face in fear of what was going to happen to him.

"You can't acctually believe that he cares about you!" He yelled standing, and staring at Tom as his eyes turned red, and his fangs formed, "He took you in out of pity because no one else wanted you, and you're to stupid to see that!" He snapped, "No one wants you, no on loves you, and no one ever will..." He whispered in the boys ear making every word sink in.

Tom stood there as tears streamed down his cheeks as he discovered the truth behind the lies, but being the way he was he didn't want to believe it.

"It's not true..." He mummbled, "It's not true!" He repeated loudly glaring at the man before him.

Solomon Glared at the boy and slapped him clean across the face.

"Listen to yourself... You're an embarasment." H muttered turning, and walking away.

Lana Black wrote:

"Balo! Stay out of this!" Lana jumped in at the last minute and blocked Milosh's attack with her own weapon. "I take it you're Milosh Black?"

Ignoring Tom's cry to stop he just couldn't, swinging his Kasuri-gama at Lana over and over again.

"I've got a few questions for you, Milosh..." Lana huffed as she blocked attack after attack, just waiting for an opening. Her chance finally came when Milosh pulled back and she darted behind him, wrapping the chains around his neck and pushing him to his knees. She wasn't going to kill him...yet. "First question...why does your old man want me so much?"

Milosh gasped thinking he wasn't going to be able to breath, but instead he just found difficulties doing so.

"Why should I care?" Milosh asked, "All I know is he wants us to bring you to him! He never told us anything about why he wanted you!" He shouted struggling against the chains lying through every word.

Balo stood in front of the one Lana called Milosh. "Let me rephrase what she said then. Tell us what you know or I will break everything you call a face."

Lana grinned sadistically. "It'd be a good idea to listen to what Balo says. He's got quite the temper when he loses it..."

His expression turning to terror he glanced around momentarilly before realising that Tom was nowhere to be found.

"Where's Tom!?" He asked terrified at the thought of him being hurt.

"Don't worry. Your friend is in relatively one piece for now. Had to tie him down so he wouldn't squirm away leaving us in the dark about where your den is. Would you like to take his place? I am sure you will be more reasonable than your friend was. I will make sure of that." For a split second, Balo's eyes flashed red.

Milosh looked in the direction that Balo had come from. Turning he glared at the man completely forgetting that Lana was still there.

"Why would you want to know where our den was when your little friend Lana is trying so hard to get away from us?" He asked cocking a brow tightening his grip on his weapon, the thought of his Tom tied up lingering at the back of his mind.

"Lana seems to be wanting to retrieve Sanguine back from you guys. Figured I would help her achieve that while letting off some steam at the same time. Did I forget anything Lana?" Balo looked over his shoulder to see a fairly pissed off Lana. Balo thought to play it safe and keep his distance.

"Well it seems to me that you've already lost the opportunity to retrieve him seeing as once he arrived there he was in the hands of Louis, and Aurora, and lets just say that Louis isn't a very forgiving person..." Milosh smirked staring at them from behind his bangs, "Once in the hands of Louis it wouldn't matter how calming, and protective Aurora is, he's long gone now." He explained, "and besides... Lana should remember why it is that we're doing what we are seeing as she was the one protecting the theif." He reminded scowling at the girl.

"Thirty-seven friggin' debts... Now I don't want to know what he was getting money for..." Lana mumbled, but then after fighting with her conscience she released the chains around Milosh's neck. "You're not worth it. Now, take us to where the base is or so help me I will go back on my word...and that's something I just hate to do."

Lana then sniffed the air yet again. "Someone else is here... Balo, did you see anyone else besides these two when you were fighting Tom?"

Milosh stood there and finally took in and let out full breaths holding his sore neck. He then glanced up smirking at the girl.

"Tell me, why exactly would I risk the trust, and possibly the lives of my familly by taking you to our hold when you're forcing me to take you?" He asked raising a cautious brow.

Lana gave her own little smirk and put her chains away, drawing a small silver dagger in return. She held the blade to Milosh's throat and whispered, "Because if you don't you'll be getting a second death...or at least I will."

Pulling back she held the blade to her own throat, much to both men's protests.

Staring at Lana in shock, Milosh held his hands in front of him.

"Alright, Alright!" He shouted, "I'll take you..." He muttered, "But he can't follow." He said motioning to Balo.

Narrowing her eyes, Lana sighed but nodded in return. "Why the hell not? Someone needs to keep an eye on your precious Tom anyway. Think you can do that without me, Balo?"

Without even waiting for a response, Lana pushed Milosh ahead. "Start moving."

Hearing her orders for balo, Milosh turned an even brighter shade of white.

"I swear lana, if he hurts him in any way, there is no stopping me from dissobeying orders and killing you..." He snapped under his breath as he led the way through the forest towards the hold.

'I'm sorry, I can't save you yet love... I will be back for youthough. I promise.' He sent to Tom fighting back the shakes in his body that were attempting to rise up. Who knew the dead could feel so much He thought to himself with a faint grin.

"Chill, will you? I trust Balo and vice versa." Lana snapped back and gave him a hard push. A thought then came to mind. "Why is that kid so important to you anyway? Is this just sibling affection...or is it more than that?"

Milosh slowed down to a stop turning to face Lana with a serious expression resting on his features.

"Let me make this very clear." He said softly, "It's rare that I speak about my personal life to anyone, and it's rare that I let my emotions fall upon one person." He told her, "Last year when Tom came to our familly I treated him like the rest, but he wasn't like all the rest." He informed her, "Yes, I did form a liking for the boy, though he is the youngest in the familly. It isn't all that common for someone of... My age... To fall for someone of 115 years of age. I don't treat him any differently from the others when around the others in our familly, but upon the odd occasion that I am able to have 'quality time' with him, I have tried to show him what I mean when I say 'lust isn't just reserved for the sinners'. although I have told you more than you needed to know, you and I have a bond far different than others, and along with that I wanted to make it very clear that if anything ever happens to him while he's in the hands of your friend balo, You can believe that I will not hold back from hurting him in return." He explained turning to continue, "No Tom doesn't know how strongly I care for him, and know he doesn't care for me in the same way..." He muttered as sorrow filled him.
